The 14" x 14" stand is good for the 48" post when you want to have it on a porch or patio and also good for landscape or garden with ground staples (included). The Post goes in the center and comes with the screws in place to tighten to the post for stability.
You can use the Small stand with ground staples if you would like a smaller footprint in a landscape or garden. Not recommended for 48" Post for porch or patio.

Works great on bottom of post and the right color. Prescrewed, so easy setup.

This is a stand to keep painted post up and steady. Will use in garden, can’t wait to put up in Spring. It came with anchors to hold in ground.
